- For the Association & property manager: Keep the DOCX or PDF as the report of record. The CSV files are useful for entering findings into a maintenance tracking system or sharing with contractors.
- For your insurance carrier: The PDF is the recommended format for renewal underwriting or claim submissions. The Insurer Summary page is also designed for direct printing.
- For repair contractors: Share the Findings Register CSV and the relevant photographs from the Photos page. The 2024 Construction Drawings PDF defines the as-designed conditions of the 2025 mod-bit roof.
